Scope of Work: Under previous association, Steve worked with the Owner’s Civil Engineer to devise a parking and circulation plan that would accommodate needs on all sides of the building without complicating circulation and while minimizing pedestrian-vehicular conflict.
Steve then designed a landscape plan and specifications that responded to the Owner’s desire to have a pleasing, yet high-impact, curb appeal and an exterior employee courtyard, while minimizing the landscape budget.
